There were chocolate chips laying around, so I had the bright idea of making chocolate chip banana bread- I went to No Frills yesterday and bought some bananas.
I found this recipe online and started my first attempt. The first picture is the before shot and the second one is the after.
Taste wise: it turned out pretty okay but the recipe called for 55-65 mins and it ended up being 1hour and 40 mins. I must have used a smaller pan than recommended in the recipe. The crust around the banana bread was a little too over done and crispy but the inside was great.
I'm probably going to try again soon and hopefully prefect it a bit more!
